Its founder and actual president is "Jose Luis Alonso Vega", an excellent connoisseur on industrial meat atmosphere. And together this his son "Daniel Alonso" and current CEO of the company.
We are specialized in the sale and distribution of meat products, either fresh, frozen or manufactured. Being the entire Europe our main point of supplying and Asia, South Africa en Europe again where our high quality meats are distributed. NOW, we have just opened a new Ovine SLAUGHTERHOUSE, which is a reference national and internationally
In addition, we are specialists in the production of all kind of CURED PRODUCTS (CHARCUTERIE); Chorizo, Salchichón, Jamón, Jamón Ibérico, and our famous CECINA or IBERIAN BEEF, a very particular cured-dried-and-smoked products that comes from beef cuts from hindquarters and is getting more and more famous each year.
